Please watch the website overview so you understand how Yoga Time Warrior works, then select your suggested schedule to get started. The suggested schedules are designed to be your map for your Yoga Time Warrior journey. They are just a guide, you might not be able to practice that many times a week, and to be honest I think you should spend much more time at each level than what the schedules give you, slow progress is so much more beneficial than trying to hurry it along. But.... whatever works for you is the right path. Just always make sure you are practicing at the right level for you.

    Yoga Time Warrior has been designed a little bit different to most other online yoga platforms. The suggested schedules are designed to map your journey, but here's just a quick overview so you understand how it all works.

  • Schedule 1 - For the not so active or flexible

    For those of you who are relatively new to any physical activity, or haven't been able to of late for some reason, use this as a guide to get you started.     For those of you who already follow some form of exercise regime, maybe you're really active but quite stiff and not very flexible, this is your initial six week schedule to get you started.

  • Schedule 3 - For the super active or flexible

    For those of you who have either done yoga before, or who already include a lot of stretching in their current fitness regime, this is your initial six week schedule to get you started.

  • Props & mods

    There is a lot of equipment that can be used in a yoga practice, however it's not all necessary to buy. Most of it you can make do with things you already have or using ways of modifying the movements.
