Our Level 2 variation of this sequence, there's no doubt about it, this one is challenging. Don't forget, don't try and push yourself into what you think the position should be, for Seated Half Lotus particularly, this one really does take time to progress. We also have some creative Half Moon variations in our sun salutation, this one is often included in beginners classes that go straight into the full standing variation, that's not realistic for most of us, this level 2 class starts to move into a standing variation.
