This is a great short class that you can do just about anywhere, take a short break in your workday, when you first get out of bed in the morning, or even if you wake during the night. This is a very calming class to relieve pain in your neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back and hips. Also included is a section of Humming Breath at the end to activate the Vagus nerve to calm the nervous system and relieve stress in the body and the mind. The only prop you need is a chair, you don't even need to get changed into yoga clothes, pajamas or office attire will do just fine.
