22 minutes of dynamic movements and both passive and active stretching. This gives the body the opportunity to mobilise, improves blood flow to the muscles, releasing tension while still allowing your body to start to rebuild damaged or fatigued structures. Beginning breath development that will start to calm your nervous system which is essential to relieving tension in the body. Remember at this level just consider lengthening your breath cycles, but don't worry about it, Level 2 will build on that skill.
Suggested Props: Pillows, yoga blocks or firmer pillows to utilize as supports, strap or belt. You can always use a firm chair to sit on as well, find what works for you.
