  • Sequence 1 - Level 2

    This class is much the same as Sequence 1 - Level 1, but it adds in some more arm movement, so if it feels good to you then don't continue with Level 1. It's still a great option if you are suffering tension in the arms, neck or shoulders as there is still very little weight bearing on the arms.

  • Sequence 1 - Level 3

    Sequence 1 - Level 3 introduces the principles of the spine being the centre of your practice and breath being the predominator.
