Sequence 1 - Beginners/Easy on the Arms

Sequence 1 - Level 3 introduces the principles of the spine being the centre of your practice and breath being the predominator. It also introduces a new range of movements, and can be alternated with Sequence 1 - Level 2 to advance your practice. There is still limited weight bearing on the arms but it is designed to develop more strength in the arms from Level 2.
