Standing Marichi is a very challenging standing balance which we work in a sequence to result in a forward fold bound position, it feels amazing. King pigeon is also developed into a challenging sequence working towards the splits. As usual the whole class is well rounded so you should feel strengthened, stretched & restored throughout the whole body.
