            Sequence 1 - Beginners/Easy on the Arms

    This class is the easiest class on the arms. It introduces the principles of the Potential for Injury and Individual Differences. It's a great option to come back to if you are suffering any tension in the arms, shoulders or neck.

  Sequence 1 - Level 2This class is much the same as Sequence 1 - Level 1, but it adds in some more arm movement, so if it feels good to you then don't continue with Level 1. It's still a great option if you are suffering tension in the arms, neck or shoulders as there is still very little weight bearing on the arms.
